Hi Jamie - fantastic photos - trying to kiss the rat, and it looks as if he's looking straight at you!! These updates are keeping me going while I am missing you so much and thinking about what you are doing all the time. You look well and happy, and ready for the next challenge - trekking and diving - wow!! I am imagining that this is all just the best experience of your life. Take care and absolutely gutted that we missed your call. Sending you all my love. Mum XXXXX

Message for Willemijn Alpha 2

Hi Elliott,

It looks like you are having a great time out in Borneo and those are some fantasitc views in the picture of you guys. We're not jealous at all, honest!
Looking forward to hearing about your adventures when you get back home in a few weeks.
Meg and I had a great time with your Mum, Dad and Phobe in Orlando a few weeks ago but we really missed seeing you there as well. You will have to come out and visit us in Houston soon.

Love,
Meghann and Simon

p.s. Your dad screems like a little girl on roller coasters!

For Elliott Andrew- Ph2 Alpha 1

Morning Elliott,
Two weeks to go; we think about you each day, check for news on the blog and hope all is good on the second project.
It's been sleeting here this morning - not appreciated after thinking Spring had come and we had been able to enjoy warmer days in the garden. Dad was even planning getting his road bike out - you will have to get out with him when you get back - be gentle though!
Quick update re exams etc: Had an email ex Mr Metcalf - practical not likely till April/ you have got an offer from Sheffield ( which is great)/ and we had to send portfolio off to O.Brookes. Found website for seasonal vacancies so you can look when return as had no response ex M.W. Best for you to ring yourself too.
Do let us know if there is anything else you need doing, assume you won't be able to make contact till return to base camp / in KK that extra day.
Look forward to hearing from you.Hope you rec'd our letters, one from Phoebe too.
With all our love, Mum, Dad + Phoebe.
PS from Dad:
It was good to speak to you betwen phases. I'm sure you will really be enjoying your Phase 2 project. Having read the Phase 1 Blog for alpha 1 - sounds like they had a good time - have you had any good mud fights?
Re- Simon & Meghann @ Universal. We all had a great time, I thought I was very brave going on all the rollercoasters - very funny in-car video of me after one of the rides, look of sheer terror on my face during vertical lift and then almost sheer drop - well at least Phoebe and your mum thought it was funny. Phoebe dragged Simon round the nauseous rides, not sure how much he appreciated those (bit of a hangover I fear).
Look forward to when we next talk/hear from you.
Love Dad.

For my dearest son BO BO:
Just received your letter . It takes more than a week to reach. Glad to hear that you guys enjoy the raleigh life. wow,Can smell and imaging how much fun you had with the baby animals from your flowering words explaining your days in Danun phase 1.
We explore raleigh's web every week or once we are free to search for you guys photos and I have opened a folder to keep you guys photos. Still couldn't find Chen Yang so I think his parents might be worried. It is really great to see our Subang's friends captured in the photos or video. You look well, happy and strong, slightly gained weight, I think. Everything is fine here but I am on MC for 3 weeks cause I sprained my foot and had a slight fractured. Don't worry ,it is ok! Take care son, really missed you .Write to us when you have time.....Ha ha we bet what language you will use before opened your letter,hm....not Chinese .You forgot your muyu, like your sis. Doesn't matter, happy to read your letter in good English. OK, son ...Sending you all my love.

Hey Rori,
It seems like you're being kept busy and whats more you've found a guitar, God help them all. I hope things are going well out there, I have no idea really what to expect to hear from you, although it does seem pretty awesome.

I guess you probably haven't heard due to the lack of connection out there, but Alec will not be joining us for New Zealand (extra snow = longer season), so I think the Kiwi experience would be a better choice. Although its about £500 for 2 weeks each, so I'm not sure whether to book it or not. My email is Seersy@gmail.com if you do ever manage to grab some internet out there. I'll look more into other options and maybe get in touch with your mum to get her opinion.

Anyways I hope you're enjoying it out there and I look forward to seeing you in New Zealand. Ciao

Togsy

Yu Wei (Fishtail),
Guess you must be enjoying. Do have an awesome & great time. Just to tell you that all the registration work had been done and so as the documents needed had been handed over to Ms Aifa, the coordinator for KI. When you are back only you need to hand up the medical check up & renewing of your int.passport. So, enjoy your time & take good care of yourself. Don't forget to take the stuffs you are supposed to eat. Bye !!!!!
