Veni Vidi Vici

On the 11th of August 2010 at 05.47am twenty two couragous girls from Dr Challenors school along with two teachers and five Raleigh volunteer staff reached Low's Peak, the summit of Mount Kinabalu at 4095.2 meters above sea level.  With aching muscles, stiff limbs and an overwhelming sense of pride, we watched the sun rise over the enchanting landscape of Sabah.

Ordinarilly, I would talk you through our journey, but these photos speak for themselves...

Veni Vidi Vici!

To Stephen Nunes Alpha 2
hi Stephen
We are visiting your mum and dad and are about to have dinner, sorry if you are just eating crackers!! We are going to feast with fish, new spuds, green beans and salad and no doubt some red medicine. Daisy is growing but is still small and totally adorable. Jasmine went to Tuscany with Nick and his family and was spoilt rotten and had a nice time. Sabrina is working few hours a week at River Island, she is off to Kos and Portugal in September before going to Sheffield to start her masters degree. Grumpy Old Man is grumping and is well. We all day hi to you and hope you are having a fantastic time
Love Tina x
